Our team of 40 staff across three UK offices, facilitate fundraising activity at over 150 events and 3,000 experiences every year. As a result of continued growth, we are enlarging the team and recruiting a Customer Experience Associate to join our ‘VIP Experience Delivery’ team. The successful candidate will join our ambitious, dynamic team in our Shepperton Marina offices.


Job Brief

We are looking for a highly organised, motivated person to add to a like-minded team. With attention to detail, great enthusiasm for customer service and ideally a consumer knowledge of travelling and luxury hotel stays/dining experiences.

You will be responsible for facilitating and booking accommodation and other booking arrangements for VIP clients (individuals and businesses).

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, helping to shape the direction of our fast-growing business.

Largely office-based, the role may involve some national and international travel working at events and supporting our team, focussed on excelling in all we do, building our satisfied client list and also growing our worldwide VIP-experience portfolio.


Characteristics of the successful candidate:

· Customer-oriented approach

· Excellent relationship building skills

· Experience in a luxury/VIP client environment will be an advantage

· Versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)

· Excellent organisational skills and personal task-list management

· Attention to detail and a passion for Excellent Customer Service

· Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively by phone, in person and over email

· Experience with SalesForce or a similar CRM package would be an advantage but full training will be given
