Do you have a passion for charities and the third sector and the work they do?  Do you want to help charities – no matter whether big or small – to raise more? This role will suit a dynamic, flexible person who is not only highly organised but also enjoys a social role.  Are you a Senior Events Manager/Charity Account Manager looking for your next step in charity event management – but looking for something a little bit different – then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

-Personally deliver 2 large scale events per week

-Achieve a 70% sale rate on Givergy supplied items at the events you deliver

-Complete 1 event assessment per week

-Ensure the Givergy Event Management team deliver an exceptional service, optimise item sales and

-Lead and develop the Event Management team

-Maintain and regularly update the Freelance Learning Management System training courses  

-Deliver on site training at training events

-Be the Givergy Auction items guru and trainer

-Be commercially accountable

-All additional duties that are relevant to the role

 Skills required:

-2 years Senior Event Management experience within a charity

-Commercial awareness of the charity sector

-Commercially focused

-Works well to targets -80% payments at the Event – 70% sale rate of Givergy items at an event

-Team management experience

-2 years’ experience of front line organising and running events
