Job Description

Business Support Coordinator (Office Administrator)
£17,270 to £18,286 pro-rata per annum (£12,336 to £13,061 per annum)
25 Hours per week, permanent contract

Do you have strong administration and interpersonal skills?

We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator to become an integral member of the Shrewsbury Mobility Team.

As a Business Support Coordinator you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the functions within the mobility team.

You will maintain paper and computer based systems, liaising with colleagues, clients, supporters and veterinary practices, as well as providing a full and efficient service, assisting in maintaining high service levels to internal and external customers.

Role Details
- Location: Shrewsbury
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 25 Hours per week (12-5.30pm, Monday-Friday)
- Interviews: Week commencing 2nd October
- Key Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK

You must have excellent communications skills with the ability to manage expectations of the customer, recognising when to escalate issue to a higher level.

You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and evidence of dealing with confidential issues with sensitivity and with total integrity.
